What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
  • Motivated individuals with excellent communication skills

  • 1 year of phone sales or business development experience preferred
  • Bilingual French/English or German/English is a plus

Global Link is seeking motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our rapidly growing company. We specialize in connecting international tech companies with the enterprise technologies needed to elevate their business operations. Whether hardware, software, or virtual solutions, we engage top decision-makers to help our clients position themselves at the forefront of their industry. With over ten years of experience, Global Link has mastered the art of training and developing BDRs to thrive and grow in a professional office environment.

Who This Role is For:

This position is ideal for ambitious, goal-driven, and personable individuals. No college degree is required. Suitable candidates may be:

  • Seeking growth and career development opportunities not offered elsewhere
  • Comfortable cold-calling and speaking with executives
  • New to or experienced in the sales industry

Key Responsibilities:

As a BDR, you will support our technology clients by building their sales pipeline and generating high-quality leads. Energetic, motivated, and networking-focused individuals will thrive in this role. Your daily activities will include:

  • Acting as an extension of the client’s sales team
  • Attending sales meetings and building relationships with Sales Executives
  • Driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
  • Identifying decision-makers and highlighting new opportunities
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments
  • Sourcing and prioritizing target account lists
  • Updating and managing all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRMs
  • Consistently achieving daily and monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
Candidate Requirements:
  • Motivated and positive personality with a self-starter attitude
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
  • Able to build rapport quickly and easily
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 year of sales or business development experience is a plus
  • Bilingual skills are a plus (fluent in English and French, German, Portuguese, or Spanish)
